If your order does not live up to your expectations, our 30-day return and exchange service is available for eligible merchandise. Please read this policy carefully to understand all terms and procedures before submitting your return application.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. All returned items need to satisfy the following requirements:

Garments must remain unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
All hang tags and original packaging must stay intact and attached.
No stains, scuffs or residual odors on the clothing.
Only regular full-priced items qualify for returns. Clearance items and custom-tailored pieces are final sale and non-returnable.
Returns due to personal preference: The customer covers return shipping expenses.
Items that arrive damaged or defective: We will bear the return shipping cost.

Note: We will reconfirm this address and issue a return authorization number once your request is approved. Do not send back any items before receiving official approval.

Return Procedures

Please follow these steps to complete your return:

Submit your request: Contact our support team to apply for a return. Make sure to provide your order number and the reason for returning the goods.
Await review: Our customer service team will evaluate your application within 1–3 business days. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and the designated return address.
Repackage securely: Place the clothing back into its original packaging together with all tags and accessories. Proper packaging helps avoid damage while in transit.
Ship your parcel: Send the package to the address we provide. We strongly recommend selecting a trackable courier so you can monitor the status of your returned shipment.

Refund Information

After we receive your parcel and complete the inspection to confirm it meets our return standards, we will process your refund:

Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Refund processing normally takes 5–10 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on the settlement cycle of your payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is verified to have manufacturing defects.
Import duties and customs taxes are non-refundable.

Exchange Service

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, clearly state your desired replacement style, size and other relevant details in your return request. Exchanges can only be fulfilled when the replacement product is in stock and after we finish inspecting your returned item.

Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted

We reserve the right to reject return applications under the following conditions:

The request is sent after the 30-day return window expires.
The returned item fails to meet our condition requirements.
The product belongs to clearance collections or custom-tailored pieces mentioned above.
